Let's Find The Correct Helmet Size For You! Keep in mind helmet sizes vary widely by manufacturer. Measuring your head is a starting point to determine what helmet size to order. However, this is not the only factor. Please read on!

• To find your helmet size, you will need a tailor's tape measure to measure your head. To determine the most accurate head measurement, you will also need someone to assist you with the measurement. Have your assistant place the bottom of the tape measure approximately ½ inch to 1 inch above the eyebrows in front and back of the head a point that results in the largest possible measurement. Remember your goal is to order the proper size helmet. Take several measurements.

• Keep in mind other factors like the shape of your head (ex. oval vs round), if you carry a lot of weight for your height (weight / height ratio), and the accuracy of your head measurement which are all factors that need to be considered when deciding what helmet size to order for a safe comfortable fit.

Shipping Policy: Depending on your order and because of occasional shipper back logs to various locations, Helmets will ship using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority mail or FedEx Home Delivery from one of our Florida or New York warehouses. Shipping times may vary but items usually arrive between 2-5 business days for domestic orders. • All return or exchanged items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tags, stickers, and original invoice. Returned items should be returned in original shipping carton.

Free 30 Day Helmet Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our goal. Our return policy is designed to make returns or exchanges easy.  In order to insure a hassle free smooth return process, we recommend using an eBay generated return label.  

Return Authorization Number (RMA): In order to simplify the return process please write your  RMA # on the eBay generated Return Label.  The RMA# format for the return label is (PJ-MC Last Name). Most people generate the return label and then write the RMA# on the top or bottom of the return label and attach the return label to the return shipping box. 

In order to qualify for a full refund , helmet must be returned in like new condition and show no signs of being used on a test ride. Please don't use the Daytona Helmet Box as a Return Shipping Box.  

To prevent shipping damage and scratches, place the return helmet in the helmet storage/cleaning bag  which came with the helmet. Place the open side/flat side of the helmet on the bottom of the Daytona helmet box. Place Daytona helmet box in the original shipping box. In order to receive  a full refund, helmet must be returned in like new condition, undamaged, with original packaging and tags.

Lost item, Shipping Damage, or Defective Item: Please notify us by eBay message if your package is lost or damaged. For a lost item, please contact us and your local post office immediately if tracking shows item was delivered. For Shipping Damage, please contact us immediately with a description of shipping damage with photos to document shipping damage.  If you receive a Defective Item, please contact us with a description of the problem with photos so we can better assist you.
